Yoh! Bestie is a South African romantic comedy expanding the world of Netflix’s hit series Yoh! Christmas into a feature film. When Thando Mokoena agrees to be the best man at her best friend Charles’s destination wedding in Knysna, their lifelong friendship faces its biggest test yet. With unresolved feelings bubbling to the surface, the pair must figure out whether they are simply best friends or meant to be together before Charles walks down the aisle.

Created by Tiffany Barbuzano and Johnny Barbuzano, the film stars Katlego Lebogang as Thando and Siya Sepotokele as Charles, alongside Sivuyile Ngesi, Yonda Thomas, Tiffany Barbuzano, Kagiso Modupe, Didie Makobane, Laura-Lee Mostert, Sthandiwe Kgoroge, Bongani Dube and Fikile Mthwalo. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Knysna, Yoh! Bestie premiered on Netflix on 6 February 2026, extending the Yoh! universe with a story about friendship, romance and the risk of falling for the one person you cannot afford to lose.
